Service areas

Personal training across North Dallas & the northern suburbs

I'm a service-area trainer, not a studio. I come to homes in six cities, meet clients at verified local parks when the weather is good, and coach online anywhere. Pick your city for the details.

How a service-area trainer works

No studio — your home is the gym

Fit with Meghan doesn't have a physical location, on purpose. Every session happens where it's most likely to actually happen: your living room, garage, or backyard, a public park near your house, or on video. I bring the equipment — adjustable dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, a mat, sliders — so you never need a membership.

My regular route runs from Carrollton and Richardson in the south, through Plano at the center, up to Frisco, Allen, and McKinney in the north. If you're slightly outside these cities, ask — a standing weekly appointment often makes it work.

Online coaching has no boundary at all. Several clients started in person and kept training with me after a move.

Outdoor training, verified

Every city page lists public parks and trails I've checked against the city's own parks pages — not generic filler. A few favorites:

  • Plano — Oak Point Park (800 acres) and Arbor Hills Nature Preserve
  • McKinney — Bonnie Wenk Park, with a free outdoor fitness court
  • Allen — Celebration Park and 100+ miles of greenbelt trails
  • Richardson — Breckinridge Park and Spring Creek Nature Area
  • Frisco — Frisco Commons and the city's greenbelt trails
  • Carrollton — McInnish Park and the Elm Fork Preserve loop

Outdoor sessions run mainly October through May; summer sessions move early or indoors.
