Terms of Service
The terms that apply to using this site and to training with me. Written to be readable; if anything is unclear, ask.

Agreement
By using https://fitwithmeghan.com (the "site") or booking services with Fit with Meghan ("I", "me"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or the services.
The site
Informational content. Everything on this site — service descriptions, blog posts, FAQs, routines — is general educational information about fitness. It is not medical advice, and it isn't a substitute for advice from your physician or another qualified healthcare provider. Talk with your doctor before starting a new exercise program, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant or postpartum, or have an injury.
Accuracy. I work hard to keep the site accurate and cite primary sources for statistics (see the editorial policy). Fitness guidance changes over time; if you find an error, email me and I'll fix it.
Your use. You may read and share links to the site freely. You may not copy content for republication, scrape the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for anything unlawful.
Third-party links. The site links to external sources like the CDC and ACE. I'm not responsible for their content or practices.
The services
What I provide. One-on-one personal training and fitness coaching — in your home, outdoors, or online — including movement assessment, exercise programming, coached sessions, habit coaching, and check-ins.
What I don't provide. I'm a personal trainer, not a physician, physical therapist, registered dietitian, or mental-health professional. I don't diagnose or treat injuries or conditions, prescribe diets or meal plans, or advise on medication. I'll refer you to the appropriate professional when that's what you need.
Your responsibilities. You agree to (a) tell me honestly about injuries, health conditions, medications, and pregnancy that could affect your training, and update me when they change; (b) get medical clearance if you have a condition that warrants it; (c) stop and tell me if something hurts; and (d) provide a safe training space for in-home sessions.
Assumption of risk. Exercise carries inherent risk of injury. By training with me you acknowledge that risk and agree that you participate voluntarily. I'll coach you carefully, but you're responsible for listening to your body and communicating with me.
Scheduling, cancellations, and packages. Specific terms — session times, rescheduling windows, package sizes, expiration, and refunds — are agreed at your consultation and provided to you in writing before you commit. Those written terms govern the services.
Payment. Fees are as quoted to you in writing. Package purchases are prepaid unless otherwise agreed.
Outdoor sessions. Sessions at public parks depend on weather, park rules, and safe conditions. I'll reschedule or move a session to video or indoors when conditions aren't safe.
Ending the relationship. Either of us can end coaching at any time by email. Unused prepaid sessions are handled according to the written package terms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Fit with Meghan isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or the services. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Privacy
How I handle your information is described in the privacy policy.
Changes
I may update these terms; the current version is always posted here with a "last updated" date. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the change.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Collin County or Dallas County, Texas.
