Pricing

Personal training pricing in North Dallas

Three ways to train, priced simply: per session for in-home, monthly for online, and a hybrid of both. Your exact rate is set at a free consultation once we know your goal and schedule — no surprises, no hard sell.

What affects the price

  • Session length. 45 or 60 minutes. A well-planned 45-minute session covers everything for most people and suits early mornings.
  • Sessions per week. Two is the sweet spot for most goals; weekly packages lower the per-session rate.
  • In-home vs. online vs. hybrid. In-home costs the most per session because I bring the gym to you; online costs the least per workout; hybrid lands in between.
  • Package size. More sessions booked up front, lower per-session rate — with terms in writing.
  • Location. My regular route covers Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Allen, Richardson, and Carrollton. Homes well outside it may carry a travel adjustment.

What never changes the price

  • Being a beginner — no starter markup.
  • Your goal — weight loss, strength, or general fitness are the same rate.
  • Equipment — I bring it; you never need to buy anything.

Dallas market context

Almost no trainer in North Dallas publishes prices, which makes it hard to know what's reasonable. Two sourced reference points:

Thumbtack — Dallas in-home trainers$35–$90 per hour
My PT Hub — industry statistics~$55 per session (U.S. average)

Pricing questions

Why aren't the prices listed on this page?

Because the right plan depends on session length, how many sessions a week, in-home versus online, and where you are. I'd rather spend 20 minutes understanding your goal and give you an exact figure than publish a table that doesn't fit your situation. At the free consultation you'll leave knowing exactly what your plan would cost — no pressure and no hard sell.

Is there a free consultation?

Yes. A relaxed 20-minute conversation by video or at your home. Nothing to sign and nothing to prepare.

Do you offer packages?

Yes. Weekly packages lower the per-session rate for in-home training. We'll go over package sizes, expiration, and rescheduling terms in writing before you commit.

Is online coaching cheaper than in-person?

Yes, per workout — you do the sessions on your own time while I handle programming, check-ins, and form feedback. It's the most affordable way to get real coaching if you'll do the work independently.

Do beginners pay more?

No. There's no 'starter package' markup. Beginners pay the same per-session or monthly rates as everyone else.

What's the cancellation policy?

We agree on it at your consultation and I put it in writing. When a week falls apart, switching an in-home session to video is usually the first option so nothing is lost.

How does your pricing compare to the Dallas market?

Marketplace data for Dallas-area trainers shows a range of about $35–$90 per hour (Thumbtack), and the U.S. average is around $55 per hour-long session (My PT Hub). In-home trainers usually sit toward the middle-to-upper part of that range because they bring the equipment and absorb the travel; you save the gym membership and the commute. I'll show you where my rates fall at your consultation.
